We understand our Internal and External issues through our overall company SWOT analysis and emphasize on the actions to address environmental, quality and OH&S risks and opportunities to support our strategic direction in demonstrating our ability to consistently provide services to enhance customer satisfaction

IMS policy is to drive performance and ensure management:

• Endeavor to take every reasonable and practical step to prevent and eliminate the risks of injuries, health hazards and damage to properties including adverse impact on people, property and the environment.
• Integrated HSE issues, practices and performance in all business processes of the company.
• Consultation and participation of all employees in the company, appointed contractors and subcontractors, relevant Authorities, the communities in which the company operates the neighbours, customers and the investors on IMS performance.
• Ensure that Contingency Response Planning is in place to deal with emergencies.
• Provide sufficient and appropriate finance and resources to implement, maintain and monitor the practices and culture to improve and boost performance of IMS
